Metro Boomin Accused Of Rape And Sexual Assault In New Lawsuit

Hip-hop producer Metro Boomin has been hit with rape and sexual assault lawsuit by a former friend, who claims the 2016 incident led to an aborted pregnancy. Vanessa LeMaistre brought the lawsuit against Metro (whose given name is Leland T. Wayne) in Los Angeles Superior Court on Tuesday, October 29. LeMaistre, 38, is asking for a jury trial for the case, and seeking damages from the 31-year-old music star. In the official complaint, LeMaistre alleges that she “blacked out” in a Beverly Hills hotel room and awoke to the Grammy-nominated musician raping her. Wayne’s attorney Lawrence Hinkle II has called the case a “pure shakedown.” stating that “these are false accusations” against his client. “Mr. Wayne refused to pay her months ago, and he refuses to pay her now,” Hinkle said in a statement. “Mr. Wayne will defend himself in court.
